Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain critical manufacturing IT systems (e.g., MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs) to ensure high availability and performance.
• Develop and implement cybersecurity strategies to protect industrial control systems (ICS) and operational technology (OT) environments.
• Oversee the IT infrastructure within the manufacturing facility, including networks, servers, and end-user devices, ensuring robust and secure operations.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to identify and implement technology solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Manage IT projects related to manufacturing expansion, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives (e.g., Industry 4.0).
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and internal IT policies for data integrity and system security in a manufacturing context.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers specific to manufacturing hardware and software.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, systems, and applications within a manufacturing environment (e.g., ERP, MES, SCADA).
• Strong leadership and project management skills, including budget and vendor management.
• Expertise in operational technology (OT) security and industrial control systems (ICS) cybersecurity best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to align IT strategy with manufacturing business objectives and drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience managing or integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or SCADA.
• Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML, digital twin) in a production environment.
• Certification or practical experience with Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Understanding of IT/OT convergence and industrial cybersecurity principles.
