Account Manager Automotive Tier 1 | Troy, MI | $130,000 + Bonus

Looking for your next big move in the automotive supply chain? I'm partnered with a global Tier 1 supplier that's at the forefront of acoustic and thermal innovation, and they're seeking a sharp Account Manager to take charge of key OEM relationships across major vehicle platforms.

My client is a global leader in acoustic and thermal solutions for the automotive industry. With an impressive footprint across North America and Europe, their expertise is trusted by top OEMs who rely on them to solve complex challenges in NVH and thermal efficiency.

• Own the customer relationship manage pricing, commercial negotiations, and long-term account strategy

• Prepare and deliver quotations, support sourcing discussions, and align with internal costing and engineering teams

• Monitor ongoing programs, address open issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle

• Spot opportunities to grow business across vehicle platforms and work closely with program and technical teams to capture them

• Act as the bridge between your customer and internal departments to drive alignment and results

• Automotive Tier 1 experience in a commercial/account-facing role

• Strong exposure to major OEMs (Ford, Stellantis, GM, etc.)

• Confidence in managing negotiations, pricing strategy, and program health

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, program management, and manufacturing

• Familiarity with acoustic or thermal components is a plus, but not a must

• Base salary of $130,000 plus annual bonus
