Government Contracts Specialist

We are hiring for a Contract Coordinator - Government Contracts. This individual assists the Manager of Government Contracts for the Generic RX Division by ensuring compliance with government pricing programs; and managing the accurate calculation and timely reporting of all information required for all government sales programs.

Please note this position is eligible for a hybrid on-site/remote work schedule requiring three (3) days per week on-site at our Wyoming, MI or Allegan, MI office.

Job duties:

• Product maintenance, including maintenance in SAP and product data in DDR
• National Drug Codes (NDC) changes
• Product terminations

• Monthly pricing loads and calculations

• Supplemental Medicaid Rebate Agreements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related discipline; or comparable combination of education and experience
• Two or more (2+) years professional accounting or pricing experience
• A general understanding of government pricing regulations for the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, Sarbanes-Oxley standards and strong skills in financial analysis are required.
• Excellent computer skills are necessary, including advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to create complex analytical reports.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects are necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization are also required.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge and experience with SAP and/or similar systems
