Powder Coat Painter, up to $16.30/hr. - Taylor MI

Qualifications:
- Experience in powder coating or painting is a plus but NOT required
- General manufacturing experience is preferred
Skills:
- Work efficiently in a fast paced environment
- Ability to visually detect defects
- Ability to work on feet for duration of shift
- Desire to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
The essential functions of the job include preparing parts and materials for finishing; able to properly plug, mask and unmask parts that are painted; setting up and performing finishing operations on components and products; loading and unloading parts and materials on conveyors and racks before and after processing /hanging and taking down assemblies on the paint line that go through the paint process; inspecting finished coatings to ensure conformance to quality standards; able to properly package parts to prevent damage during movement.
