Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables for manufacturing initiatives and new product introductions.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and supply chain.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects adhere to safety, quality, and regulatory standards specific to manufacturing.
• Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes for materials, equipment, and services.
• Facilitate clear communication and provide regular status reports to all stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects within a manufacturing or production environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality standards.
• Proficiency with project management software and ERP/MES systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with automation technologies, robotics, or Industry 4.0 concepts
• Strong understanding of supply chain management principles
