Production Operator

Location: Ithaca, MI
Shift: 2nd Shift
Pay: $16.80 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a Production Operator to join our team in Ithaca, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our operations, helping ensure high-quality production through molding, assembly, inspection, and packaging processes.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Production Operator , your core responsibilities will include:

Machine Operation: Operate molding presses and other production equipment to manufacture parts according to specifications.

Inspection & Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using provided standards to ensure quality and consistency.

Assembly & Packaging: Assemble components and package finished products correctly for shipment.

In addition, you will also be expected to complete required paperwork, maintain a clean work area, and support continuous improvement initiatives while following all safety and process control procedures.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you should have the following:

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Manufacturing experience preferred
Rubber injection molding experience is a plus

Skills:
Attention to Detail: Essential for ensuring product quality and identifying defects during inspection
Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and effectively communicate with supervisors and team members
Mechanical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to operate equipment and address production issues as they arise
