**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and/or responding to emergency situations as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
+ Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or irregularities encountered during patrols.
+ Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members within a technology-focused location.
+ Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site policies.
+ Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
+ Must provide proof of high school diploma or GED.
+ Must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
