Production Supervisor

Hourly pay range $ 25.00 - 26.00
Job Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate, and empower hourly production teams.
• Organize workflow to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency through coaching and standardized work.
• Monitor production lines to ensure safe, smooth, and high-quality operations.
• Foster a culture of high performance through servant leadership.
• Build strong relationships with team members, union representatives, and management.
• administer the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) consistently and effectively.
  

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory and/or manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in safety and quality management
• Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
• Knowledge of constraint management principles
• Experience managing a unionized workforce.
