Qualifications:
- Valid certification in Special Education

- Ability to develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, students, and families
- Adaptability and creativity in instructional approaches
- Familiarity with current best practices and instructional strategies for special education
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
- Assess student progress and modify instruction as needed
- Write and update IEPs, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Collaborate closely with general educators, aides, and related service providers
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Maintain detailed documentation and participate in team meetings and staff development
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and goals
