Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Assist customers with Insurance policy renewals and underwriting compliance. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of experience in customer service preferred. Communication and problem-solving skills. Property & Casualty license must currently have or must be able to obtain. Life and Health license must have currently or must be able to obtain . Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
