- Respond to benefit inquiries and support enrollment processes
- Assist with compensation benchmarking and salary administration
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Assist in drafting and updating the employee handbook and HR policies
- Support audits and ensure accurate recordkeeping
Recruiting & Onboarding
- Own full-cycle recruiting: job postings, requisition management, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
- Post job openings and manage requisitions across job boards and the ATS
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process
- Assist with offer letter preparation and background check coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Support employer branding efforts (careers page content, job fairs, social media postings)
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion) and report to the Recruiting Manager
- Conduct new-hire onboarding and orientation
Cross-Functional & Administrative
- Partner with the HR Manager and Recruiting Manager to prioritize competing deadlines across HR and recruiting workstreams
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and candidate information
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned
