Behavior Technician I - ABA Services

Do you love helping kids learn? Do you like working in a team focused setting? Then we think the Behavior Technician position is right for you! We are a center-based program for kids with autism ranging in age from 0-6 (ish). We use principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help us motivate and teach the children in our program essential skills, such as communication, social skills, play, imitation, and toileting. Behavior Technicians work with one child at a time and are responsible for following teaching programs that are written by a Behavior Analyst. We are an energetic and dedicated group of people looking to hire someone with a passion for helping children and their families shape their own futures!
This rewarding position will be responsible for:
- Providing 1:1 behavioral services to assigned clients
- Maintain a set schedule of 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
- Engage with parents in a warm and welcoming manner
To qualify for this position you will need:
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Prior working with children, preferably children with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities including autism
- If position requires driving, you must be able to provide proof of having a current, valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile insurance.
