Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Take full accountability for all restaurant operations, including P&L.

• Drive sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction through KPIs.

• Build high-performing teams through hands-on floor leadership.

• Develop strategies for sustained sales and team growth.

• Travel to support other Culver’s locations or new store openings.

• Mentor staff to develop future leaders.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Expectations:

• Consistently enforce the highest standards, never accepting less than goal achievement.

• Lead independently without requiring oversight.

• Excel in high-pressure environments to meet ambitious goals.

• Demonstrate reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong leadership, communication, and financial acumen for P&L management.

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for hospitality.

• Restaurant management experience preferred; training provided.

• Availability for evenings, weekends, Sundays, holidays, and travel.

• Proven commitment to reliability; no-call/no-show behavior is not tolerated.
