Executive and Legal Administrative Assistant

About the Role

Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Legal and Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support to our Executive Management Team. In this position, you will handle sensitive administrative tasks, legal document review, and executive coordination. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and prior experience in legal or executive administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Confidential Administrative Support: Perform a variety of highly confidential, sensitive, and time-sensitive executive support tasks.
  
• Legal Document Management: Conduct research, prepare summaries and reports, draft correspondence, and review legal documents.
  
• Executive Coordination: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, travel, and oversee special projects.
  
• Communication Management: Screen calls and visitors, facilitating communication on behalf of executives.
  

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
  
• Minimum of three years of experience working in a law firm or five years as an executive administrative assistant .
  
• Paralegal experience preferred .
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and legal document management.
  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability to handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion
