Position Summary
The Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to evidence-based practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy services
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, teachers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in HCHB preferred
