Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet output targets.
• Lead, train, and manage production staff, fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious team.

• Optimize production workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven experience in a production management role within a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated ability to improve production efficiency and implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
• Experience implementing or managing automation technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
