Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Salary: $82,000 – $87,000/year

$3,000 Sign-On Bonus after 90 days!

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, plan, and implement personalized PT treatment programs
• Help patients improve function, mobility, and quality of life
• Track progress and adjust care plans based on patient response
• Educate patients on home exercise and self-management techniques
• Collaborate with PTAs and the clinical team for integrated care
• Accurately document treatments using Prompt EMR
• Maintain professional and regulatory compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Licensed PT in the State of Michigan
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passionate about patient care, learning, and growth
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Interested in advanced treatment techniques (McKenzie, Red Cord, Dry Needling)
