Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems as required.
• Maintain and repair machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
• Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Assist in the setup and breakdown of facilities for events or special projects.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts or overtime as required by operational needs.
• A valid driver’s license may be required based on job responsibilities.
