What You’ll Do

• Develop new business by prospecting, networking, and converting leads into new clients

• Conduct needs-based consultations to deliver tailored insurance solutions

• Sell and cross-sell a range of products: Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Build and sustain long-term client relationships through regular support and policy reviews

• Consistently achieve personal sales targets to fuel your career progression and agency growth

• Stay on top of industry trends, products, and compliance standards

• Leverage CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and process renewals

• Collaborate with the team to drive collective success and participate in agency development strategies

Who You Are

• At least 1 year in sales, customer service, or insurance roles (preferred)

• Exceptional communicator and negotiator

• Confident making outbound calls and closing sales

• Coachable, ambitious, and willing to learn

• Strong organization and time management abilities

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual skills are a plus
