Salary Range: $75,000 - $109,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and standardize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Design, implement, and validate process improvements and new equipment installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex process-related production issues and deviations.
• Conduct process capability studies, root cause analysis, and statistical process control (SPC).
• Create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and training materials.
• Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless process integration and performance.
• Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a process engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in process data analysis, statistical tools, and relevant software (e.g., CAD, simulation, MES).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex manufacturing processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or process simulation tools
• Experience with specific manufacturing execution systems (MES) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
• Demonstrated experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Python/R) for process optimization
