What You’ll Be Doing:

• Deliver exceptional service and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
• Assist customers with product information, recommendations, and special requests.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products to maintain quality and visual appeal.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety across your department.
• Learn and use technology to complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Support teammates and help maintain smooth department operations.
• Uphold Meijer’s standards for food safety, freshness, and customer care.

Roles may include positions in: Deli, Bakery, Produce, Meat, Grocery, General Merchandise, Pricing, Inventory & Merchandising, Online Grocery (Curbside Pickup), and Courtesy.

What You Bring With You:

• A positive attitude and passion for helping others.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Detail-oriented and reliable, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Desire to learn, grow, and be part of a team.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Retail, food service, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required — we’ll train you!
