As a Server, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences through attentive service, professionalism, and deep knowledge of food and beverage offerings. We are looking for individuals who thrive in an upscale dining environment, understand the importance of detail and guest satisfaction, and take pride in providing polished, high-level service.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests immediately, guide them through our menus, while demonstrating genuine Hospitality
• Provide friendly and attentive service that makes our Guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return
• Accurately record food orders ensuring each Guest receives their meal to their exact specifications
• Ensure all food and beverages are served promptly, garnished correctly, and meet the Ruth’s Chris standard of excellence
• Demonstrate a Guest-first mindset by placing a high priority on the Guest experience
• Effectively communicate with our Guests and other Team Members
• Stay calm under pressure and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of fine dining serving experience required

• Strong knowledge of hospitality and fine dining service standards

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a high-volume environment

• Professional appearance and polished presentation

• Strong teamwork skills with a positive and guest-focused attitude

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with evening, weekend, and holiday availability

• Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and upscale dining etiquette preferred

• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
