JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, pans and miscellaneous items using a sink or automated dishwasher.
• Follow proper procedures regarding using the machinery required.
• Follow established practices for transporting and storing dirty or clean items.
• Follow established food sanitary requirements and safety precautions.
• Maintain an orderly, clean and safe work area and storage facilities.
• Follows established safety procedures, use of personal protective equipment and sharps policies.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
• Ability to multi-task
• Team player
