About the Role:

The operator will monitor the production process, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal output. Attention to detail is essential, as the operator will also conduct quality checks using tools such as micrometers and deburring equipment. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a SMT machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with production machinery and tools, including band saws and deburring equipment.

• Certification in machine operation or related field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate production machinery, including assembly lines, press machines, and mold machines.
• Monitor machinery performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure efficient operation.
• Conduct regular quality checks on products using precision tools like micrometers and deburring equipment.
• Safely operate overhead cranes and clamp trucks to transport materials and finished products.
• Perform routine maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors.
