Landscape Team Member

Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape installation, maintenance, and enhancement projects on residential and commercial properties
• Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to complete daily tasks and meet project goals
• Participate in commercial snow and ice management during winter months
• Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn through hands-on experience and training
• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to obtain a chauffeur's license and DOT medical card (company will assist as needed)
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check
