Sales Support Specialist Grand Rapids, MI
Maharam is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for our Grand Rapids showroom. The Sales Support Specialist will work alongside the sales representative and handle all matters specific to customer accounts including managing client inquiries, inventory tracking, sample requests, order placement, product information, and project follow-up. They will serve as a liaison between the sales team and customers, working cross functionally with operations, resource management, quality assurance and fulfillment. The successful candidate must have PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel. The candidate must be able to problem-solve, prioritize and organize tasks with excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills. This role requires both self-motivation to work autonomously, as well as in a team setting. A bachelor's degree and/or 2-4 years of customer service experience is preferred.
