IT Support Specialist
A growing Kforce client in Portage, MI is seeking a permanent-hire IT Support Specialist who will be on-site 5 days per week. Duties Include:
- Serves as the primary IT Help Desk/IT Support person handling 1st and 2nd level support in a timely manner
- Support M365 and Windows 10/11 environment
- Respond to all IT support calls and emails
- Setup and configure new equipment/software for users as needed
- Manage the Antivirus Server and Windows Update Server to make sure devices are clean and current
- Use remote control software to provide support
- 1-4 years of experience in an IT Support or Help Desk role
- Ability to support users via phone, remote control software and via email
- Strong customer service orientation
- Windows 10 & 11
- Microsoft 365
