- Evaluate and treat residents in a skilled nursing facility
- Develop individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, balance, strength, and overall function
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and therapy team members
- Complete timely electronic documentation
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as appropriate
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based patient care
- Current Michigan Physical Therapist license (or license eligible)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Experience in skilled nursing, post-acute rehabilitation, long-term care, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
