The Store Manager will oversee the daily operations of a convenience store (c-store), managing a small team of 5-10 employees. This role involves leading staff within established corporate guidelines to ensure efficient store functioning, excellent customer service, and proper inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise store staff, including scheduling and training
- Control and maintain inventory levels to meet store demands
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries
- Implement loss prevention and security measures
- Develop and train employees to enhance performance
- Follow corporate policies and procedures for store operations
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Knowledge of inventory management practices
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
- Strong team leadership skills
- Effective communication ability
