As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you'll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients' homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence.

*Minimum Qualifications*
* Graduate of an approved Nursing education program, BSN preferred.
* Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Michigan.
* Must have a minimum of one (1) year professional registered nursing experience.
* Medical Surgical Experience preferred
* Home health or Hospice experience is a plus
* Strong computer and technology skills required.
* Must have current Driver's license and reliable transportation.
