- Perform routine oil changes, lubrication, and basic maintenance services on a variety of vehicles.
- Assist senior technicians and learn diagnostic techniques and repair procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area following all company and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure quality service.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new challenges to grow within the company.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn more about automotive service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
- Experience preferred.
