I’ve been a State Farm Agent since 2018, after spending 15 years learning the business firsthand as a team member in my mom’s agency. Today, I lead a passionate and experienced team of seven with over 40 years of combined industry knowledge. Our mission is simple: to deliver the most remarkable service in town.

Role Description
As a Customer Relations Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member with Jasmine Ross – State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
