As an Agent in Training , you will play a pivotal role in increasing revenue, delivering tailored insurance solutions, and nurturing a positive team environment. As an Agent in Training , your primary responsibilities will include:

• Driving new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

• Conducting client consultations to evaluate insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Selling and cross-selling insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships , offering ongoing support and policy reviews

• Meeting and exceeding individual sales targets , contributing to overall agency growth

• Staying current on product knowledge and compliance requirements

• Utilizing CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals

• Participating in team meetings and sales strategy sessions

We are seeking candidates who are passionate about sales , proactive, and professional. The ideal Agent in Training will have:

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing deals

• A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (preferred, or willingness to obtain)

• Bilingual abilities (a plus)
