Hardscape Installer / Crew Leader

The Hardscape Installer / Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing and performing installation of residential and commercial hardscape projects. This role involves leading a small crew of 2-4 members, ensuring quality work and efficient project completion while traveling frequently between job sites. Minimal client interaction is expected, allowing focus on managing the team and the technical aspects of hardscape installation.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a small crew (2-4 members) on residential and commercial hardscape projects
- Perform and supervise hardscape installation tasks
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Manage logistics and materials needed for each job site
- Travel frequently to multiple work locations to oversee project progress
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in hardscape installation
- Valid driver's license
