GRIPS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team in West Michigan. If you're a problem-solver with strong diagnostic skills and experience working on commercial and industrial HVAC systems, we want to hear from you.
Diagnose and repair rooftop units, chillers, boilers, heat pumps, VAV systems, and control components
Perform preventive maintenance and service calls at commercial and industrial sites
Communicate clearly with customers and internal staff
Complete work orders, service reports, and recommendations with accuracy
Ensure all work is performed to code and safety standards
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of HVAC service experience (commercial, industrial, or residential)
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently
Must be reliable, trustworthy, and have a strong work ethic
