Automotive Assembly Technician (Tier-1 Components)

A hands-on trainer walks you through each station—assembly, machine operation, packaging, and quality inspection—so you’re confident before you ever clock a solo shift. If you’ve worked with plastics or run production machines before, great. If not, we’ll teach you. This is a global company producing automotive components, and we’re ready to help you grow into a long-term role.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Rotate through assembly line tasks to meet production goals with safety and quality in mind.
• Operate and monitor machines; load/unload materials and perform basic setups for production runs.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Package finished parts accurately and prepare for shipment.
• Collaborate with teammates and maintain a clean, organized work area.

Schedule and Pay

• 1st Shift: 6:00am–2:00pm, Mon–Fri — $17.00/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00pm–10:00pm, Mon–Fri — $17.50/hr (includes $0.50 shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00pm–6:00am, Mon–Fri — $17.50/hr (includes $0.50 shift premium)

Starting Pay: $17.00/hr

Training Period: 3 days of paid training on 1st shift (you must be able to train on 1st shift, even if you’ll work 2nd or 3rd).

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
• Reliable attendance, positive attitude, and teamwork mindset.
• Steel-toed shoes and long pants required on the floor.
