Position Type: Full-Time | In-Office or Hybrid

Location: Bloomfield Hills, Michigan

Compensation: Base Pay + Commission | Performance Bonuses | Paid Training & Mentorship | PTO

• Connect with Michigan families and businesses to assess insurance needs and recommend coverage.

• Quote, sell, and service auto, home, renters, and business insurance policies.

• Build strong client relationships through follow-ups, referrals, and customer service excellence.

• Manage and track activity in the CRM system to meet weekly and monthly sales goals.

• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and community outreach.

• Cross-sell additional products and assist with renewal reviews.

• Active Michigan Property & Casualty License (Required)

• 0-2 years of experience in insurance or customer-facing sales.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Motivated, coachable, and driven to succeed in a sales environment.

• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems for lead tracking and quoting.

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but not required:

• Life & Health License (optional, can be obtained post-hire).

• Familiarity with Farmers systems or other multi-carrier quoting platforms.

• Local knowledge of Michigan communities and markets.
