What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cooking and plating menu items with consistency, speed, and attention to detail
• Following our recipes and standards to make sure every dish hits the mark
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and dialed in at all times
• Handling food safely and following all sanitation guidelines—no shortcuts
• Staying cool under pressure while pushing out orders during the rush
• Jumping in wherever needed to support the team and keep service moving
• Prepping ingredients with solid knife skills (chop, slice, dice—you know the drill)
• Helping with catering, specials, and anything else we throw your way
• Communicating with the team to keep everything flowing smoothly
• Keeping an eye on product levels and speaking up when we’re running low

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment
• Strong cooking skills and confidence on the line
• Knowledge of food safety and proper handling practices
• Ability to move fast without sacrificing quality
• Team player mindset—no egos, just results
