Job Title: Client Service Coordinator – Processor
Department: Client Services
Reports to: Director of Operations
FLSA Status: Hourly Non-Exempt
Statement of Purpose:
The Client Service Coordinator – Processor is the person who updates, maintains, organizes and verifies all the information put into our computer systems. This person will have a high attention to detail to spot even the slightest error that could cause issues for our clients.
This person will be a hard-working, detail oriented professional with the ability to maintain focus while performing repetitive tasks. This person will be comfortable incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Objectives, tasks, duties, functions & responsibilities:
- Moving clients/files along to the next steps in our system
- Reading and transcribing handwritten notes to set appropriate tasks for next steps
- Inputting new client data in our system in large quantities after an event
- Monitor large amounts of data compiled into spreadsheets to make sure nothing is “falling through the cracks”
- Office opening procedures.
- Maintaining our inactive files and archive systems
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in work experience
Qualifications / Specific Skills required:
•At least 2 years of customer/client service experience
•Type 60 wpm with better than 96% accuracy
•Proficient in all Microsoft office programs
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
•Experience with Clio and Lawmatics database software is a plus
Work Location: Grand Rapids, possibly other office locations (Portage, Norton Shores, Holland as needed and infrequently)
