HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS:

• $62-$90k/year (based on skill and experience)
• Performance bonuses - When the shop wins, you win
• No weekends - 5-day work week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Simple IRA with 3% company match
• Christmas bonus based on your annual production
• Paid training - ASE certifications, diagnostic training, and skill development
• Modern scan tools and equipment - We invest in the tools you need

UP TO $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS - Got diagnostic experience and ready to work independently? We'll put $500 in your first paycheck and another $500 after 30 days. Simple as that.

SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:

5+ years in a professional auto repair facility (engine repair and drivability diagnostic experience especially valuable)

Solid diagnostic skills and the ability to work independently

Michigan certifications required and ASE certifications are a plus (we'll help you get more)

A clean driving record and a strong work ethic

Pride in doing things right the first time - no shortcuts, no comebacks

A positive, team-first attitude with no taste for drama or politics

Willingness to learn, grow, and take advantage of paid training opportunities
