What You'll Do
As a Patient Services Associate, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing top-tier administrative and operational support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include
- Greeting and directing patients with professionalism and warmth
- Scheduling appointments and making reminder calls
- Accurately registering and updating patient information in the EMR system
- Assisting with phone inquiries and triaging calls
- Managing medical records, scanning documents, and ensuring confidentiality
- Supporting compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards
What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with medical terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and multicultural sensitivity
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn scheduling systems
Preferred
- Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
- Experience in a multi-specialty clinic environment
