What You'll Do

As a Patient Services Associate, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing top-tier administrative and operational support.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include

• Greeting and directing patients with professionalism and warmth
• Scheduling appointments and making reminder calls
• Accurately registering and updating patient information in the EMR system
• Assisting with phone inquiries and triaging calls
• Managing medical records, scanning documents, and ensuring confidentiality
• Supporting compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards

What We're Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills and multicultural sensitivity
• Proficiency with computers and ability to learn scheduling systems

Preferred

• Prior experience in a medical office or healthcare setting
• Experience in a multi-specialty clinic environment
