We are seeking a Cleaning Person for our Macomb and St Clair County Apartment Communities. If you like to clean we'd love for you join our team!
Responsibilities include:- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, bathrooms and windows
- Cleaning vacant units before they are rented
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Clean common hallway and foyer areas, entrances, storage areas and laundry rooms in individual buildings
- Cleaning rental offices and office areas
- Cleaning flower beds
- Maintain working condition of your cleaning equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player
- Must have reliable transportation
