Assistant Manager
We are seeking a reliable, motivated, and detail‑oriented team member to support the daily operations of our Lube and Tire Center. This role partners closely with the Manager to ensure efficient shop operations, excellent customer service, and accurate administrative and accounting processes. The ideal candidate will be a team‑oriented professional with strong organizational skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to assist both in the office and provide admin. support to the shop floor. This position plays a key role in maintaining a safe, well‑organized, and customer‑focused work environment.
Responsibilities:
- To partner with manager with the daily responsibilities of Lube and Tire Center
- Provide administrative support to the shop, including data entry, organization of inventory.
- Oversee the shop accounting department with billing, invoices, AR, and banking deposits.
- Help manager with employee hiring and discipline
- To understand and use the shops’ computer programs for lube and tire sales
- When needed to work at the front counter greeting customers, answering phone, and tire and parts orders
- Maintain a clean work environment
- Help maintain security and other IT programs
- Participate in training sessions and adhere to safety procedures and company policies
- Work as a team member with manager and be willing to help were necessary in the shop with lube, or tire work.
- Perform other duties as assigned

- A knowledge of automotive repairs/tires would be helpful
