Position Summary: <\/span>
<\/p>

The Business Objects Security Programmer
Analyst is responsible for administering user security, maintaining Business
Objects environments, supporting reporting operations, and providing technical
automation and data processing support for MIDB(Oracle Database), CMOD, and
related systems. The role combines security administration, BO universe
maintenance, SQL/batch scripting, DevOps support, HR load validation, and
PowerPlatform solution maintenance. Secondary duties include backup support for
.NET development and PowerPlatform applications. <\/span>

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES <\/span>
<\/p>

Security Administration (BO, MIDB(Oracle),
CMOD)<\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Process security requests
including new access, changes, and deletions. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor and manage
security -related mailboxes (MIDB Security, MIDB BO, MIDB Training). <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Process, track, archive, and
audit all security forms. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain and enhance security
form automation for users, supervisors, and ASAs. <\/span>
<\/p>

Business Objects (BO) Support and Reporting
Operations <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Provide primary customer
support for Business Objects report issues and general user assistance. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain and update IDT
universes, including structure changes, troubleshooting, and optimization. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Perform BO health checks and
produce BO Health Reports. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct report inventory
cleanup, including HR reporting cleanup and all -folder cleanup activities. <\/span>
<\/p>

Data Operations and DevOps <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Validate, confirm, and balance
HR data loads and associated reporting. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Support DevOps activities
related to deployment, version control, configuration, and process automation. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop and maintain SQL and
batch scripts used for data movement, auditing, and operational tasks. <\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

Documentation, Tracking, and Operational
Processes <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Document system procedures,
processes, and policies. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain and track tasks on the
Master Calendar (annual, quarterly, and monthly activities). <\/span>
<\/p>

PowerPlatform Development and Maintenance <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Maintain and enhance
PowerPlatform solutions including MIDB(Oracle) Apps, Power BI dashboards,
Forms, and Power Automate workflows. <\/span>
<\/p>

- <\/span><\/span><\/span> Support automation efforts that
increase efficiency, routing, and data integration. <\/span>

support for miscellaneous projects (including HEIDI). <\/span>
