About Us:
Corktown Taphouse is a new and exciting destination featuring 76 self-pour taps, scratch-made food, duckpin bowling, and AR darts. We’re building a team of reliable, motivated leaders who want to grow with us as we continue to expand.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Lead Shift Supervisor to join our team. This is a keyholder role, meaning you will be trusted to open and close the building, oversee staff during your shifts, and ensure smooth daily operations . This position is ideal for someone who has strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and is comfortable making decisions on the floor.

Responsibilities:

• Open or close the restaurant according to procedures

• Supervise staff during service and delegate tasks as needed

• Ensure excellent guest service and step in to resolve issues when necessary

• Manage cash handling, daily deposits, and end-of-shift reports

• Oversee cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards

• Support bartenders, servers, and kitchen team as needed

• Communicate shift updates to management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in restaurants/bars in a supervisory or shift lead role

• Reliable, trustworthy, and capable of handling a keyholder position

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to remain calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

• Comfortable working on your feet and lifting up to 25–30 lbs
