Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a growth-oriented environment. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing financial plans, and offering investment and insurance solutions tailored to each client's unique needs.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct in-depth financial needs analysis and planning.
• Recommend suitable investment and retirement solutions.
• Monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up to date on market trends, economic changes, and financial products.
• Meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously grow your client base through referrals and networking.

Qualifications:

• FINRA Series 65 or 7 licenses.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Experience in financial services or sales is a plus.
