Lead Technology Architect - Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Migration
This role will be in our Arlington, VA office 4 days a week and will require the hired candidate to be a US Citizen to obtain a Security Clearance.
As a Lead Technology Architect, you will be a key member of our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migration team, supporting modernization initiatives for a federal client. In this role, you will coordinate migration activities with third-party vendors, oversee internal architecture reviews, manage connectivity to external systems, and collaborate closely with Oracle teams throughout hosting and testing phases.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Oracle Health OCI team and third-party vendors to plan and execute migration projects
· Define, design, and oversee migration approaches for diverse products moving to OCI
· Manage the procurement of OCI resources for each migration effort
· Coordinate contract creation and related administrative processes
· Track project status, report risks, and help resolve issues
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
· Minimum of 3 years of related experience
· Strong communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with teams and clients
· Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
· U.S. citizenship (per client contract requirements)
· Eligible for applicable government security clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field
· Product or technical expertise relevant to OCI, cloud architecture, or Healthcare IT
Additional Expectations:
· Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
· Flexibility to work additional or irregular hours, as allowed by local regulations
· Adherence to corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, and responsibility for safeguarding assets
· Perform other duties as assigned
Responsibilities
Analyzes business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional and technical solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of applications and technology installations. Provides direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influences customer leadership on key decisions. Supports the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions. Collaborates with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise. Resolves complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
