The Eddy Memorial / Beechwood Campus offers a continuum of care that includes independent living apartments, enhanced assisted living, and long term care. **What you will do:** The primary responsibility of the Senior Living Specialist is to promote and sell Terrace at Eddy Memorial enhanced assisted living and Beechwood independent retirement community apartments to prospective residents using a professional, consultative sales approach. **What you will need:** + Requires strong organizational skills, a professional presentation, and strong verbal and written communication skills. + Minimum of two years' experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or sales and marketing required. + An undergraduate degree from a 2 or 4-year accredited college or university is preferred. Pay Range - $28.11- $29.45 **plus commissions** _Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
