We're hiring a Front of the House Manager to lead our morning operations, oversee customer service, and jump in wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
Schedule:
MondayFriday | 6:00 AM 2:00 PM
( Enjoy your evenings and weekends free!)
Responsibilities Include:
- Leading and supporting the front-of-house team
- Running the cash register and handling transactions
- Making coffee and espresso drinks to order
- Assisting with light food prep during peak times
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment
- Coordinating with kitchen and back-of-house teams
- Maintaining cleanliness, safety, and high service standards
What Were Looking For:
- Experience in front-of-house or caf management
- Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced setting
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive
