Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to foster a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing plant.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, waste reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Train, coach, and mentor employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and impact of improvement initiatives.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application throughout operations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to solve complex operational problems and implement sustainable solutions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven expertise in applying Lean principles (e.g., VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, TPM) and problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change and foster a continuous improvement mindset.

Bonus Qualifications

• Master Black Belt certification or equivalent advanced Lean practitioner qualification.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated experience integrating Continuous Improvement methodologies with Industry 4.0 initiatives, automation, or smart manufacturing technologies.
• Background in other manufacturing functions such as Supply Chain, Engineering, or Quality.
